We will typically ship items every Wednesday*, but if you urgently need your order, please don't hesitate to email us and we will try our best to arrange this if we can-


*save for busy periods such as Christmas when we will aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible.


Please note that every care has been taken to describe items and to ensure they are represented accurately in the website photographs and narrative prior to your order. In some cases slight variations to the colours tone may occur.  



Upon submitting your order and once it is verified you will receive an automated email confirming your purchased items and personal order number. Please use this number in any future communications with us. Please check your spam and junk email folders if you do not receive our automated response. Should one not arrive, please email us and we will happily resend the confirmation for your records.

We reserve the right to refund or reject any orders if there is a problem with payment or stock for any reason. 




We use Royal Mail as our preferred delivery partner. If you require an urgent item sending, please contact us via the contact form or at as we are very happy to help!  There may be more delays due to postal strikes, please be mindful of this when ordering and order in advance where possible. 




We operate a standard charge of £25.00 and use Royal Mail tracked to send packages within Europe. Due to varying customs regulations, there can be delays with international deliveries, dependent upon the destination. 



We accept orders worldwide for a delivery charge of £35.00, dependent on where you are sending your order, we might be in touch for extra information or varying shipping rates if/when required.  



Please note that if you are ordering from the EU or anywhere in the world outside of the U.K. it may be possible that you will be liable to pay local sales taxes or import duties, please do check local government information before placing an order.  We do not accept any liability for any of these costs incurred.



We really hope you love the pieces you purchase from bea, but if you are not happy and would like to return an item, please get in touch. We will review returns and exchanges case by case, please contact us with any issues or concerns within 7 days from receipt. 

Any returns which are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
