YOUR BEA ORDER

We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible but please note items may ship 2 to 3 days after ordering, if you'd like your order quicker, please don't hesitate to email us and we will try our best to arrange this if we can- hello@bea-collective.com Please note that every care has been taken to describe items and to ensure they are represented accurately in the website photographs and narrative prior to your order. In some cases slight variations to the colours tone may occur.  

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Upon submitting your order and once it is verified you will receive an automated email confirming your purchased items and personal order number. Please use this number in any future communications with us. Please check your spam and junk email folders if you do not receive our automated response. Should one not arrive please email us and we will happily resend the confirmation for your records.
We reserve the right to refund or reject any orders within 48 hours of receiving them if there is a problem with payment or stock for any reason. 

POSTAGE

UNITED KINGDOM

We use Royal Mail as our preferred delivery partner. If you require an urgent item sending please contact us at hello@bea-collective.com we are very happy to help!  There may be more delays due to Covid-19, please be mindful of this when ordering and order in advance where possible. 

 

EUROPE

We operate a standard charge of £12.00 and use Royal Mail tracked to send packages within Europe. Due to varying customs regulations, international deliveries can take up to 3 weeks from dispatch, dependent upon the destination. There may be more delays due to Covid-19, please be mindful of this when ordering and order in advance where possible. 
INTERNATIONAL AND THE REST OF THE WORLD
We accept orders worldwide for a delivery charge of £20, dependent on where you're sending your order, we might be in touch for extra information when required.  There may be more delays due to Covid-19, please be mindful of this when ordering and order in advance where possible. 
RETURNS/EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
We really hope you love the pieces you purchase from bea, but if you're not happy and would like to return an item, please get in touch. We will review returns and exchanges case by case, please contact us with any issues or concerns within 7 days from receipt. 
Any returns which are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
